TOS
(Terms Of Service)1. I take full payment uphand. Will start working after the payment will come through, before that we can only discuss stuff.
// PayPal // Ko-Fi // Blik(poland) //2. Partial refund corresponding on how much progress i have already made on commission. If i'm almost finished or in the middle there will be no refund as it already took my time to work on it.3. The more details you'll give me before starting the better.
Before every major step e.g: sketch->lineart->colors->shading, I'll send you the current progress asking for approval or any edit to your liking. After moving to the next part and after your approval you will suddenly want any major edit, I will adequatly ask for extra cost from your side.4. Estimated time: from 1 week to 3 months. I'll try to tell you how long it will approx. take;
It may vary due to: the type of commission and how complicated it is / health/technical problems.5. I might ask for an additional extra costs if the commission is complex or if i'll find it difficult to do. That means difficult pose, complex design, detailed or complicated background.6. All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You are NOT ever allowed to sell my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, nor feed it to AI and train on it. You are not allowed to erase my watermark nor my signature.7. You can reupload your commissioned art wherever you want. Preferred with credits to me @needlenettle if uploaded anywhere online. You can use it for your profile picture, wallpaper, banner etc. Personal use only please, no commercial work yet.8. I'm allowed to decline taking your commission if I don't want to cooperate with you or if i'll feel attacked or disrespected.
